Santa Rosa is the county seat of Sonoma County, the largest city in the North Bay, and the 26th most populated city in California State. The city is located on the Healdsburg-Rodgers Creek portion of the Hayward Fault Zone, one of the more seismically active areas in the state. The city is also known for its clear view of Hood Mountain, Taylor Mountain, and Sonoma Mountain. The beauty of the city is also due to the lakes Fountaingrove and Ralphine, as well as the Santa Rosa Creek Reservoir.
Santa Rosa is a city representing wine and farm country, gorgeous landscape, a healthy shopping culture, and a wonderful arts and entertainment scene.
